Shipping Policy

1. Delivery timeframes by region

Standard-size, in-stock orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days of dispatch, depending on location.

• Metro cities: usually towards the shorter end of the 3-7 business day window.
• Rest of India: usually within 3-7 business days.
• Remote areas, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and island territories may take longer; we confirm an estimate before dispatch.
• Custom-size orders and prep tables ship once production is complete — we confirm the lead time with you before your order is accepted.

2. Delivery charges and free shipping

Delivery is free on orders over ₹5,000 (after discounts). A flat delivery charge applies to smaller orders; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Prep tables ship free.

Bulk and multi-location orders are quoted with delivery included or itemised, so the commercial quote shows the full landed cost.

3. How tracking works

Once your order is dispatched, we email your order number, tracking code, carrier, and consignment number. You can follow the shipment at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email or phone used at checkout.

4. Delayed or lost deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost or refund the order in full — your choice.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt where possible and send us photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

5. Delivery to multiple locations (bulk orders)

Restaurant chains, caterers, and distributors can have a single order split across several delivery sites. Share the sites when you request a bulk quote and we will confirm stock, dispatch windows, and delivery schedules for each location before the quote is accepted.
